There are different stages of the NYSC Orientation Camp Registration Process Flow which aim to make the NYSC program easy and stress free. However, these registration flow stages helps in verifying necessary documents and information of every Prospective Corps Members attending the NYSC program.
To furthermore, below are the Orientation Camp Registration Process Flow of verifying every Prospective Corps Members on the NYSC Orientation camp ground.
Stage 1-Tally Issuance at the Gate
The tally issuance process entails checking of Prospective Corps Members at the entrance of the Orientation Camp to ensure they are truly mobilized for the Nysc orientation course. Here, the respective security guards help to ensure that Prospective Corps Members registered appropriately and are issued a tally number which will also serve as a means of calculating the total number of Prospective Corps Members on a particular orientation camp ground.
Stage 2-Allocation of Room to Prospective Corps Members
Here, after each Prospective Corps Members has been issued a tally number, they are to use their tally number to secure a bed space. Mind you, you’re expected to get to camp as early as possible to ensure you secure a good bed space.

Stage 3-Certificate/Call-Up Letter Verification
Here, your school certificate or statement of result(SOR) will be verified at the stage to be ensure you’re mobilized from your respective school. Same process goes to your call up letter to be ensure you’re mobilized via the Nysc mobilization department.
To emphasize this, if you have issue with your certificate or your call up letter during verification, be informed that you will be sent home or deny from doing any form of registration. So I strongly advice you to make sure all document are valid and intact.
Stage 4-Computer Verification and Issuance of Print out.
This is more like the stage 3 process. The major focus of verification is on your bio-data so as to ensure you don’t have any cliche in age, name or course of study. This particular stage is as important as stage 3. If you’re having issue with your Date of birth, Course of study or Disarrangement in Name; we strongly advise you to fix every problem before going to camp. Only critical problems with emails from respective school will be attended to on camp.
NOTE: Kindly fix all your problems before going to camp. Don’t assume it will be solved when you get to camp.
Stage 5-Collection of Kits and File from Platoon Inspector
Many Prospective Corps Members gets tired when they get to this stage or phase. However, I want to encourage you that as soon as you get to this stage; you’re almost done. However, every Prospective Corps Members will be given the complete nysc kits which includes khaki shirt and trouser, Jungle boot, white shirt and trouser, white socks, Nysc face cap, Nysc crested shirt and the Nysc belt.
In addition, a file will be given to you by your platoon officer or inspector where you will attached all the necessary documents like your call up letter, verification letter and the likes.

Stage 6-Opening of Bank Account
Prospective Corps Members are expected to open an account with the respective banks they fall to. Mind you, you will not be responsible for picking any bank of your choice. Your bank will be allocated to you through the state code given to you or the last digit of your state code.
Fun Fact: pray you don’t fall under access bank. They can delay allawee ehh. But they are fine and there services are perfectly okay. Smiles..
Stage 7-Completion of Book of Life on Platoon Basis.
This is the final stage and it just as simple as it’s stated. After your bank account opening, you all are expected to fill the book of life that will be given to you by your platoon officer.
