This is to inform all the Married Female PCMs who want to apply for Concessional Posting based on Marital grounds are to upload the following documents.
The out-listed documents are compulsory documents to be uploaded during the registration to enable your concessional posting based on Marital grounds to your husband residential state more or less your state of choice.
DOCUMENTS NEEDED
Documents needed to be uploaded during your registration process in order to apply for concessional posting to your desired state includes:
- Marriage Certificate
The Marriage certificate can be either obtained from any government or state body. It can also be obtained from any religious body.
- Newspaper change of name.
The newspaper change of name is also an important document to be provided when applying for concessional posting to your husband residential state more or less your state of choice. The arrangement of your name on your marriage certificate must appear the same on the newspapers published.
- Identity of Husband.
Also, provision of the husband National ID card, Intl. passport or driver’s license will also increase the success of the concessional posting. Mind you all documents provided here will be strictly verified and if any of the documents is found unjustified, your application will be denied and such prospective corps members will be punished.

- Evidence of Husband’s State of Residence.
This is one of the stress free documents that’s needed to be provided. Many prospective Corp members don’t have issues providing these documents. The evidence of husband’s state of residence can be any of his utility bills that has the same address with the one in his national ID card.
- Letter from Employee.
This is also necessary if your husband is working in any organizations whether private or public firms. This will give an overview and more insight about the spouse credibility and ensuring your concessional posting verified or approved. And also, it’s also optional should in case your husband is self employed. You can tell him to get and employee letter drafted by him and signed by him.
In view of this, Concessional posting based on Marital grounds is available to everyone who is interested in it and be mindful that all documents provided here will be strictly verified and if any of the documents is found unjustified, your application will be denied and such prospective corps members will be punished.
