PASSING OUT UPDATES FOR ABUJA CORPS MEMBERS.
In view of the Passing Out Updates for Abuja Corps Members, the State Coordinator has released a memo to serve as guideline for the 2019 Batch B1 corpers.
He said, I am directed to inform you that the 2019 Batch ‘B’ Stream 1 passing out programme is out and the collection of certificates will run from the following dates:
- May 28 and 29.
- 1st June, 2nd , 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th, and end on the 10th of June 2020.
However, he advices that, all Corps members that travelled out of FCT can come for their certificates after the Federal Government eases the interstate lockdown. The certificates have been arranged serially and Corps members Must come on the Day allocated to them only and their certificates is in safe hands.
He continued by saying, no Corps member should be seen around and inside the venue of point of collection or distribution apart from those for that particular day.
Moreso, Passing out Corps members on the list for the day should be at the venue by 8am prompt. (the time table for the venues and the range of FCT code number for each daily certificate collection will be communicated soon)

Following the safety health guideline, she highlighted the following:
- Corps members must be fully kitted with their face mask on.
- Corps members must wash their hands with water and soap and sanitize immediately they arrive the venue of point of collection.
- Corps members must come to the allocated venue with their Pens. Exchange of writing materials is totally prohibited.
- No group photographs by Corps members because of Covid- 19.
- Corps members are to leave the venue immediately after collection of certificates.
- Corps members are to present their laminated ID cards and final clearance. Scanned final clearance will not be accepted.
Let us adhere strictly to these directives for the safety of everyone because of Covid-19 and for the smooth distribution of certificates.
